How do I get a quotation?

Send the model number (or your drawing) and quantity through any contact form. Quotations are returned within 24 hours on business days.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes - samples of standard products are free; freight is covered by the buyer and refunded against a bulk order.

Can you match a competitor part?

Usually yes. Send a photo, drawing or physical sample and we will identify an equivalent or custom-build a replacement.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T, L/C and major trade-assurance platforms. Standard terms are 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

How do I claim warranty?

Contact your sales engineer with photos and the batch number from the packaging label. Confirmed defects are replaced free within the 12-month warranty.

Where can I download CAD models?

STEP/IGES files for standard products are in the 3D Models Library; request missing models through the form.
